The Happening!!!

Remember The Sixth Sense? Yeah, a kinda hold-on-to-your-seat movie... Since then I was so intrigued by its Director, M. Night Shyamalan... His movies they say are not fiction but all coming from his personal experiences... 

I found myself intensely watching an HBO documentary about him  a couple of years ago while he was filming The Village in a remote location ... The guys who made that documentary even befriended Night but when they got too close to him,  the group was banned from the location...

Now, comes another movie from Night, from its trailer wow,  I can't wait to see this but unfortunately The Happening aint gonna happen here in our place... Maybe I'll wait for the dvd release... or bit torrent release hehehehhe...

Before Robin Padilla hit it big with Baby Ama the movie, there was a Rudy F. whose acting prowess was first noticed because of his portrayal on this movie...

It's sad that he's still young but he has to leave us...

Iphone2

3G Iphone is coming very soon... The WWDC or World Wide Developers Convention will be on the 9th of June this year... This is Apple's convention and usually the time they announce something regarding their products... Rumors have it that Steve Jobs will announce the new firmware of Iphone which is 2.0, new version of ITunes and will eventually launch the second version of Iphone which is the IPhone 2 or 3G Iphone... This is quite promising because it will support flash and other windows media contents which are lacking on the first Iphone... If we are lucky they will include GPS also, isn't that cool? Whew, time to sell my Iphone hehehhe...

Bansag, Palayaw, Pangalan, Alias

Whatever you may wanna call it, it's ok, but do you give name(s) to your cellfone, car or computers the same as giving your pet a name? I do, hehehhe... It's a cool thing calling `em by name...

When I was still driving our old oner type jeep, it is so famous by the name of Masipag... Well whoever rides with Masipag goes home safely... A do it all jeep that's why we call it by that name...

Then came my first car, or only car... I can't deny that this car is very good looking, so I call him Makisig...Sa kisig pa lang panalo na...

Then I bought Iphone, I called it Maaalalahanin... Why? Because it keeps on telling me important dates that  I would never ever remember... Wakes me up every morning also... :)

Lastly, my Macbook Pro, which am calling it Masigasig starting today... Masigasig because even when sleeping it is working...

Obama o Mama!!!

Just got the news that Obama clinched the Democratic nomination, beating Sen. Hillary Clinton...

I go for Clinton but I guess it doesn't matter now...

Do we really care about the history these two are making? Honestly, I don't, whoever will lead America is not decided by race or gender... Should be by integrity and good governance...

How I wish that someone would also make a history in the Philippines by being the first honest, non-corrupt, pro poor, anti-drugs and God fearing PRESIDENT... Wishful thinkin` I am :)

Election is quite far and yet in our country, Senatoriables are sprouting like mushrooms...

Demet, grrrrrr..... Whew am cursing again...

HELP!!! Macbook Stolen!!!

A Letter from a victim...

Please help spread the word.

On May 20, my recent visit to Manila, my friend and I went to Robinson's Place to watch a movie. A few days earlier, my sister's car's emblem got stolen at the basement of the same mall so I decided to bring my backpack containing my Mac Book laptop with us to the movie house. Unfortunately, it got stolen inside the movie house while we were watching. When we reported to the security guard of the cinema, I'm afraid all was in despair and pretty much the civil liability of Robinson's Place for customer satisfaction and security was simply washed off their hands. Despite what the security guard said when I reported the incident before making any move to call for back up, "Wala na yun. Nasa ibaba lang ang exit.", I am still hoping that the thief who stole it and people behind such acts be caught.

Lakers vs. Celtics

When I was a `lil boy my favorite team in the PBA is the Crispa Redmanizers... But in the NBA it was the Lakers...Showtime was great, Jabbar, Worthy and of course Magic Johnson...

Then came, Michael Jordan, who wouldn't love him and the Bulls during the 90`s, man he is GOD when you talk about basketball...

Now, Lakers and Celtics are going to fight it out in the `08 finals... I don't like Kobe so I would go for Celtics because of mah main man KG (Kevin Garnett) but am not really sure on game time, maybe if I will see the old Showtime in LA I would change my mind and go for Kobes' Lakers like what I did in the Lakers-Spurs last game on their Western Conference Finals...
