After Pat Riley resigned as coach of my former favorite NBA Team Miami Heat (my fave during Dwayne Wade and Shaq's championship year), Assistant Coach Erik Spoelstra was picked to handle the head coaching job of the HEAT... I don't know much about this guy, but according to news, he hasn't comeback in P.I. since he was 3yo..
